Today was Elder Trezise's 20th birthday!  Happy birthday Elder Trezise!  Here is his email: Hello family!!! First off, thank all of you so much for the emails and messages! They meant a lot to me! This week was AWESOME!!! To recap;    Tuesday: We found our keys! We had an exchange with one of the District Leaders and he literally walked outside and found them in like 10 seconds. And I swear they were 100% not there the day before. God just needed the right person to find them. The rest of the day went well, and most of it was spent preparing for Zone Conference the next day.   Wednesday: We had Zone Conference! It was AWESOME! Elder Clayton of the 70 came. And he shared a bunch of stories about the Apostles and about President Nelson. He meets with them multiple times a month! He gave some training that was very inspiring! At the conclusion of the 6 hour meeting, President Hurley came up to me and asked to talk to me. He pulled me aside and...

From Elder Trezise: Hey family! This week was... interesting. As y'all know, on Monday, we lost our keys. That was super stressful. Generally, I'd like to think I'm not an anxious person. Anxiety is worrying about the future, depression is living in the past right? Well honestly, I don't worry about the future too much. I feel like I've got a grip on things. But losing the keys has been super stressful. And on top of that, we got a brand new car on Thursday... like BRAND new. A 2020 Toyota Sienna. It's super similar to our van bar home. But I'm not the driver. Elder Brown is. And literally after 1 day he wrecked the front bumper. So that's stressful too. The man is the worst driver on the planet. Like seriously.  But things will work out. It's been hard, for sure, but nothing I can't handle. That's actually what I wanted to talk about. Trials. Because this week has sure felt like a trial. Everything is going wrong. It'...

I didn't get to talk to Elder Trezise today - you will see why from his email.  I felt so bad for him and can't wait to hear if they found the keys. I have to email from my phone this week which is really hard so I apologize for it being short. But this week has been interesting. It started off really strong, and was a lot of fun. But Sunday Elder Brown locked the keys in the house, and we had to call for help which wasn't my favorite because I like doing stuff myself. I wasn't too mad though because we had a ton of success that day and it was pretty great. But then yesterday rolled around. I was just getting frustrated at little things throughout the day, which was already not cool. I don't know why my patience was so low, it was just a tough day. Then Elder Brown lost the keys in the snow. On the key ring was our apartment keys, our car keys, and our keys to the church buildings. The church building keys all together cost about $100,000, so replaci...

Elder Brown, Elder Critter and Elder Trezise Elder Manu, Elder Palmer, Elder Trezise and some others from their zone Elder Lukenga, Elder Trezise & Elder Manu Elder Brazier and Elder Trezise Elder Trezise's first time baptizing Elder Trezise & Elder Legas Hello family!!! This week was super fun! We started out by having our District Councils on Tuesday and Wednesday, both of which were amazing. The Zone is changing a lot this transfer and it was sad to say bye to a lot of people. Tuesday night and most of the day Wednesday we had a Spanish Elder straight out of the MTC with us. His name is Elder Fisher, and he was a ton of fun to have. I hope we made a good impact on him. Elder Manu and I felt honored to have the chance to be his first impression. On Thursday we got our third companion (we are in a trio now). His name is Elder Brown, he's from Texas, and honestly, he's a blast. He's into all the same stuff that I'm in...
