Elder Trezise's letter this week was short and sweet:

I'm doing well. I've been sick this week which was tough, but whatever. I'm glad that the testimonies were good. Charity and love is an attribute that I think we could all work on, all the time. I know I can work it in. That sucks that my dog had fleas though. If I were there this never would have happened. I'll make sure he doesn't get fleas when I take him to college.

Yeah, missing church because you're sick is a no no. At least go to Sacrament. We NEED the Sacrament every single week.
Anyway, this week was good because I got a lot of studies in. I finished up Alma this week. Man. I like the war chapters. I really liked chapters 60,61, and 62. This is where Moroni complains to Pahoran, and absolutely tears into him. Blames him for the deaths of thousands, and calls him a traitor. And in the next chapter, you realize that Pahoran has done nothing wrong. He is trying to help out. But Moroni doesn't realize that... awkward. But the next part is my favorite. Pahoran sends an epistle back and says that he isn't angry. That he knows Moroni is a good man, and is trying his best. His response is amazing. He doesn't get angry. He doesn't get upset that Moroni judged him unrighteously. He just asks for help. And in the next chapter, Moroni immediately goes to his aid. He goes and helps Pahoran out. He acknowledges that he's wrong and fixes his mistake. We all can make that decision. We all can choose to forgive others trespasses and choose to help each other out. If we truly love someone, we will let their shortcomings go, and we will continue to love them and support them. That is the attitude we all need to have. That is the way we all need to live. I know that it is hard to love others sometimes. I know that it is hard to forgive people, and to acknowelge our wrongs. But we can do it. We can be better. I know we can. I love you all. Keep striving to be better daily!
