Still sick

He found a dog!

I think this must be his zone
Finally wearing a jacket!
 Elder Trezise's email:

I'm doing better. My throat hurts a little, but it's a lot better. I have congestion pills that help a lot too. So I'll be fine. And Elder Nelson and Sister Carvajal are making me wear a jacket. Sister Carvajal said she'd call you if I don't wear it. And yes, I remember about the PE class, I've prayed multiple times that he'll be able to get into it. That's crazy that Max can start driving soon! It feels like just the other day that I was taking the driving course thing. That's weird.

Also, I'm glad that that dog is moving away, because if anything hurt Ollie I'd freak out. That dog is the source of my happiness.
I really hope that Max gets ordained. That's upsetting that you're not sure if he will. I know that you're trying everything you can to get the kids to see the importance of the Gospel. I'm sorry it's hard. I know what it's like. We're teaching a family who has committed to go to church the last 3 weeks in a row. They haven't showed up. I'm annoyed. I wish they could see the importance of the Gospel. I wish they could see how much it would help them. I sent an email to Max that might help. Hopefully. But I don't know.
I know that Jesus Christ is our Savior. This is something that I haven't always known. I wish I had known it earlier. It has helped so much in my life as I've been able to rely on Him. No matter how hard, or how bad it gets, He is there for me. He is there for all of us. I am so grateful my Savior and my Redeemer. I am so grateful to know that no matter how bad it gets, He will help us. He will be there for us. Sometimes though, we just need to swallow our pride, suck it up, and realize that there's One who's had it much worse than any of us.

Transfers are January 31st. Elder Nelson thinks that I'm going to stay and become a trainer. That's a lot of responsibility and I kind of don't want to. But he insists that I'll be in leadership the rest of my mission. It has been snowing a good amount, and I love it. I hate the slush and mud, but when it's in that just snow stage it's awesome! Elder Vaivela gave me a big fur jacket that makes me look russian, but it's comfy so I wear it a lot now. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TO THE TEMPLE. I'M SO EXCITED. But the Idaho Falls temple is closed for 2 weeks. I got to help clean it, which was awesome. It's cool to feel the Spirit in the Celestial and sealing rooms even when there's nothing in there. We are all excited to go though. Apparently there are changes in the initiatory, endowments, and sealing. If you have a testimony of Russel M. Nelson, then the changes won't affect your testimony. Anyway, I love you all very much, and pray for you daily!
