I might have already posted some of these pictures but Elder Trezise sent them to me again so they are worth posting again.  I was able to speak to him on P-Day and his first week as AP was better than he thought.  He is such a light and strength to me.  Here is his letter:

Hey family!
This week was CRAZY!!!! I didn't even get to proselyte until Friday night, which was so lame. But it was a really good week though. We found a new person and had a good amount at church which was great!!! On Friday we drove what we call the transfer train, which is a big van that can fit a bunch of missionaries in it. We drove up and down the mission and drove a total of 250 miles that day. It was transfer day. So that was INSANE. But I have been enjoying my time as an Assistant. It's been tough not proselyting as much, but I still am working hard. Probably a little too hard, haha. I have lost a lot of sleep.

Anyways, I have learned a ton this week and feel really excited to get work done. Our mission has found over 950 new people to teach in the last 2 months. That's nearly a thousand of God's children who are coming closer to Him. Who are learning more about their Savior. Who are striving to follow Christ! That's amazing! I just love, love, love being a missionary. I feel so blessed to be a part of this amazing work!

But I learned a lot of good things this week. I am sad I get to go out less, but I am grateful for the amazing opportunity I have to grow during this time. I love spending time with our mission President and his family. They are AMAZING people. I feel like I learned a lot about patience. There is so much I have to do and have to learn as an Assistant. And I have to learn it all this transfer. Which is hard because it's a lot and it's obviously going to come slower than I want it to. But I have really started to be okay with it. Aren't our lives like that? We want so desperately to be good at or to excel at something, but it just doesn't seem to be happening. We stress and worry about learning it fast enough. But I have come to learn that we just need to take a step back, take a deep breath, and move forward. We will learn everything we need to learn in time. If we trust God, and rely upon Him in our weaknesses, everything will be alright in the end.

One of my favorite scriptures is Ether 12:27, which reads,
"And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness. I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them."

Ponder the deeper meaning in that scripture. We all have our weaknesses, yes. But we are all children of God. We are sons and daughters with a divine potential. We can all overcome those weaknesses. We're children of God! We can learn whatever we need to learn! As you face trials in your daily lives, don't rely upon yourself. Don't focus so much on YOU. Focus on Him! He has already overcome what you want to overcome! He has already faced that which you are facing. And He will help, will guide you through it. Follow Him! Live the life you should be living! Do the things you should be doing! Stop rebelling against the Lord! I can promise you with assurity that you will feel stronger on your knees then on your feet. You'll feel more strength immersed in the scriptures then anything you can read or listen or watch in the world. Prioritize what is most important. The Lord will bless you for your sacrifice of the world. The Lord will make you something you never imagined you'd be! I love each of you and urge you to be humble, be meek, be strong, and be patient.
